For local deliveries you must place your Mochi order by 6pm on a Thursday for delivery on the Friday.

For collection in Drayton orders must be placed by 6pm the previous day for collection on Thursdays or Fridays 3.30-.7.30pm.

This is because we start making mochi first thing on a Friday and we have to prepare the ingredients the night before. Therefore we are unable to take orders after this time.

As a mum of two young children I have to balance childcare hours and the time consuming nature of mochi preparing and making.
The collection and delivery hours we have now allows me to produce high quality handmade mochi with the time available.

We hope to increase our operating hours in the future to bring more mochi to more people.

We deliver to Drayton, Farlington, Bedhampton, Widley, Emsworth and Havant areas in Hampshire.

In Summer 2023 we will also trial deliveries across Portsmouth.

To manage our small business delivering across such a wide area we have separate delivery time for Portsmouth.

Delivery to our service area (excluding Portsmouth) is 3-5pm.

Delivery across Portsmouth is 5.30-7.30pm.

For events and businesses in the wider Hampshire area, please contact us directly and we can advise if we can deliver to your location.

Our ingredients list provides the allergen information based on what our suppliers provide us. We are also working on introducing a greater range of vegan mochi.

As our kitchen is used for multiple types of food we cannot guarantee no cross contamination. We cannot guarantee any products are gluten free.

We are happy to supply events, be it a birthday party or corporate event. Our mochi are ideal for making a unique and great impression for guests.
As each of our mochi is handmade it will take more preparation for us to supply events, therefore please contact us using our events form at least a week in advance to discuss your requirement.

Our Mochi is fresh, made to order without preservatives. A bit like cake, It is best eaten fresh on the day but can last a day or two if stored in the fridge.

Mochi can be stored for up to a month in the freezer or maximum 2 days in the fridge but it will lose some softness. Mochi will defrost enough to eat in about 15 minutes.

Due to the nature of our product we are unable to accept returns. If you have an issue with our product please let us know and we can do our best to help.

Please ensure there is somebody at the address on the Friday PM of the delivery for us to deliver to or let us know an alternative delivery method. As our product is freshly made we are unable to offer refunds or reschedule if it is not received.
